What is the minimun order?Minimum order is 12 pieces and / or $135.00. Your choice of quantities for colors, styles and sizes.How can I pay for the order?By credit card: Visa, MastercardHow do you ship?We ship mostly by Expedited Parcel Post. Other shipping arrangements can be made on special request.What is the cost of shipping?The cost of shipping is NOT included in the prices. Cost varies according to quantities and destination. However you can expect the cost of shipping to be approximately between 5 and 15 % of the cost of the goods. We will never ship without your total approval.What is a time frame for shipping an order?Shipping is usely done the same day. Depending your location, it could be arriving within the next day or two or up to a maximun of 10 days. If need be we can ship express or overnight delivery.What about defective products?Every garment is double , triple checked for defects or flaws. If, however in a rare case, you still find a defect or a flaw in one of the garments, we will gladly exchange at our cost, as long as it is done in a reasonable time frame.Is your product ethical?As ethical as it can be. Every effort is put in place to make sure that no children work in the production of our garments. We personally visit all workplaces involved, and make sure that they are clean, well lit and well ventilated. We also check if basic services are available, like clean washrooms and fresh drinking water. We also try to establish a more personal relationship with the owners of the cottage industry or factory. By knowing the people we work with, we are able to figure out if everybody is treated well and with the necessary respect. |
